Wilfred N and the Grown Men
Wilfred N & the Grown Men are a pop/rock institution in their home
town of Edmonton, Alberta. With roots in the New Wave scene of the
early 80s, the group offers up a striking set of tuneful and significant
songs of imagination and depth.
Wilfred Kozub and Jamie Philp have been the core of the group since
their debut vinyl album release, Riding Double, recorded in Kozub’s
basement studio in 1984. They haven’t stopped making records and in
2017 released their critically praised tenth album of new songs – Passing
Through Time. The Wilfred N & the Grown Men live show features
songs from their earliest records, their more recent albums, plus a few
brand new songs from the next Wilfred N & the Grown Men album.
